Can I change or cancel my order?

When an order is received, our warehouse is notified and immediately begins to process and fulfill the order. Once the order is submitted, we cannot edit or modify the order.

If you have set the order to ship to an inaccurate address, contact the shipping company directly with your tracking number. If you ordered the wrong item, submit your ticket here and include an explanation of your change request, as well as your order number in the subject line.
