Can I post a video of POUND choreography?

We do not allow for the POUND workout or class experience to be live-streamed.

Video postings must be limited to 15 seconds or less, and used as short snippets that act as a teaser/preview to the excitement and energy that POUND has to offer. Videos longer than 15 seconds will be required to be taken down/removed immediately.
