Do you offer a warranty on Ripstix®?

We offer a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase for Ripstix® packages (sets of 15, 25 and 50) and individual sets. If you would like to submit a warranty claim, please contact us here, provide an explanation, attach a photo of the damaged Ripstix®, and use the subject line "Warranty Claim" and include your original order number.
