      How can I pause/freeze my subscription?

      1. Log into The Label
      2. Visit My Account ->>> Freeze Plan.
      3. Under the NEED TO HIT PAUSE section, select the REASON FOR FREEZE and FREEZE DURATION from the options available.
      4. Click NEXT. 
      5. You will receive a confirmation email detailing the length of your freeze and its expiration date. 
      Through the duration of your freeze, you will:
      • Lose access to all choreography.
      • Lose access to any archived tracks.
      • Not be permitted to teach any POUND classes.
      If you would like to end your freeze early to resume your subscription, log into The Label ->>> My Account ->>> Freeze Plan and select Unfreeze.
