      I forgot my BACKSTAGE password

      To reset your BACKSTAGE password, visit backstage.poundfit.com and click "Forget Password."

      To request a password recovery email, enter your username or email address into the field as shown below and click SEND INSTRUCTIONS:

      You will receive an email from backstage@poundfit.com with a link to recover your password upon submitting. Click "Reset Password."
